Mr. Jacquez Deondre Alexander of 126 Ruby Street, Cordele, Georgia died Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at the Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele, Georgia.

The funeral service will be held Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of the J. W. Williams Funeral Home in Cordele, Georgia.  The burial will follow at the Bethel Cemetery in Cordele, Georgia.

Jacquez Deondre Alexander was born January 20, 1995.  He was born in Cordele, Crisp County, Georgia to Rongie Alexander and Matoshia Colson  Spears.

He was educated in the public schools of Crisp County.  In 2013 he became a proud graduate of the Crisp County High School.  After graduation, he attended Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia.

Jacquez accepted Christ early in his life and united with the St. James Baptist Church in Cordele, Georgia.

On Wednesday, October 16, 2019, Jacquez transitioned from this earthly life to a land of eternal rest.  He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Ms. Rayon Alexander.

The joy and love that he shared will forever be remembered by his loving and devoted mother, Mrs. Matoshia C. (Minister Antonio) Spears of Cordele, Georgia; his loving and devoted father, Mr. Rongie (Deidra) Alexander of Birmingham, Alabama; his loving sisters, Mrs. Tyesha Alexander-Robinson of Fort Valley, Georgia and Miss Zakiya Colson of Cordele, Georgia; his beloved brothers, Mr. Dejour Colson and Mr. Duwan Brown, Jr. both of Cordele, Georgia, Mr. Leron Alexander of Montezuma, Georgia and Mr. Jaron Alexander of Birmingham, Alabama; his caring grandparents, Mr. Michael and Mrs. Mary Starks of  Cordele, Georgia, Deacon Dan and Mrs. Charlie Mae Colson of Americus, Georgia, and Mr. Billy Killens of Cordele, Georgia; his aunts and uncles, Ms. Tonya Colson, Ms. Katrina Colson, and Ms. Reshay Alexander all of Cordele, Georgia, Ms. Pamela Harvey and Ms. Kimberly Merritt both of Americus, Georgia, Ms. Pamela Alexander of Albany, Georgia, Mr. Chico Alexander of Atlanta, Georgia, and Dr. Sinay (Alen) Edwards of Leesburg, Georgia; several great aunts and great uncles; his beloved nieces and   nephew, Harmony Rose Mae Colson of Jacksonville, Florida, Aubrey Colson of Perry, Georgia, and Amir D. Colson of Warner Robins, Georgia; a host of cousins, to include his special cousins, Airman Shencuria Sanders of San Antonio, Texas, Mr. Darrias Town of Birmingham, Alabama, and Mr. A'Darrion Alexander of Cordele, Georgia; a host of other relatives and many sorrowing friends, to include his special friend, Ms. Kaleesha Ross of Cordele, Georgia.
