Mr. Willie Henry Hoskins better known as " Henry Mack" Hoskins of 70 Guillen Road, Unadilla, Georgia died Saturday, December 23, 2023 at his residence.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 3:00 PM in the sanctuary of the Big Poplar Spring Baptist Church in Unadilla, Georgia. The burial will follow at the churchyard cemetery.
Mr. Willie Henry "Mack" Hoskins was born Tuesday, October 23, 1945 in Dooly County, Georgia. He was born to the late Mr. Marlvin Hoskins, Sr. and the late Mrs. Essie Mae Brown Hoskins.
Early in his life he accepted the Lord, Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and united with the Big Poplar Spring Baptist Church. He attended faithfully until his health began to fail.
"Mack" enjoyed the simple things in life, he enjoyed a good laugh and spending time with family and friends. He also simply enjoyed just being outside.
On Saturday, December 23, 2023, the final chapter in his life was penned. There are so many wonderful things that will be cherished by those who knew him best. His love for family and they way he would light up when he heard something funny. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Mr. Eddie James Brown, Mr. Oscar Brown, and Mr. Arthur James Hoskins.
His memory will be cherished by his loving and devoted children, Mrs. Robbie Lee (David) Mercer of St. Cloud, Florida, Mr. Juan Migel Anderson of Boston, Massachusetts, and Ms. Terika Bozeman of Tacoma, Washington; ten grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; his loving sisters, Ms. Thelma J. Young of Unadilla, Georgia, Ms. Dorothy Everett (Larry) and Ms. Velma Hoskins of Miami, Florida; his beloved brothers, Mr. Marlvin Hoskins, Jr. of Unadilla, Georgia and Mr. Otis Lee Hoskins of Lakeland, Florida; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
