On December 30, 1957, Willie James Clark, Jr. was welcomed to this world by his beloved parents, Mrs. Catherine Paramore Clark and the late Mr. Willie James Clark, Sr.  Born in West Palm Beach, Florida, he was educated in the public school system where he attended the Roosevelt Elementary School.  His education was continued at Conniston Junior High School and Twin Lakes High School.

He was baptized and began his relationship with the Lord at the House of Prayer COGIC in Riviera Beach, Florida.  He served faithfully under the leadership of Elder Herbert Lurry.

Willie James was a committed worker and provider for his family.  He was employed with Junior's at the Palm Beach Mall in West Palm Beach, Florida.  He was later employed by Robyn Tech Concrete Company in West Palm Beach, Florida.   He moved on and began working with the Lake Park Sanitation Department in Lake Park, Florida.  As time continued he became employed by Sears Automotive in Boca Raton, Florida.   Starting out as a Battery Installer, he later became the Automotive Supervisor.

He loved fishing; he could literally be on the fish creek everyday.  When not working or fishing, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially the times he spent teaching his sons his trade of fixing automobiles (Auto Tech).
