Mr. Tyjerus Kwame Kerel White of 1017 Oglethorpe Avenue, Americus, Georgia died Thursday, December 5, 2019 at the Phoebe-Sumter Medical Center in Americus, Georgia.

The funeral service will be held Monday, December 16, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the sanctuary of the Friendship Baptist Church in Americus, Georgia.  The burial will follow at the Lebanon Cemetery in Plains, Georgia.

Born, Tyjerus Kwame Kerel White, on October 11, 1992 to   mother, Laura White and father, Alexander McCoy, Tyjerus was loved. As he grew up he was known to his friends as, TY or T1.

Ty always had an irresistible smile and shined a light onto anyone who graced his presence. Ty lived a very full life and made it a priority to enjoy every moment possible with his family and friends. To know him was to love him and he was well respected  in his community. His love for his sons and his family, fast cars, and enjoying the best things life had to offer, was made clear during his 27 years of living.

Tyjerus also created a family outside of his blood relatives, who he called brothers and sisters.  He loved them just the same. When you think of "Ty" or "T1" you can't help but think, "free spirit," a young man who gained his wings before his crown.  His presence on earth will be truly missed.

Ty is preceded in death by his grandparents Gene White, Walter(Edna) McCoy, Sr. and John L. Waters; his great grandparents, Eddie Lee Edwards, Sammie (Christine) White, Bertha (Claude) Mable, Leila (Pete) Jackson; one aunt, Mary Lou Mency and one cousin, Alexandria Waters.

Along with his parents he leaves wonderful memories to his son, De'marious Tremaine Pope and stepson, Kason Ahmad Sims both of Americus, Georgia; a devoted companion, Delisa Monique Slappey of Americus, Georgia; his siblings, Laquisha Waters, Teona Waters, Jamarious Waters, Qwantavious Waters, Brandon Biggins, Alexander McCoy, Jr., Shanteria McCoy, Janerise McCoy all of Americus, Georgia; his grandparents,   Leanna White and Mary (Charles) Cooper of Americus, Georgia;  his god brothers and god sisters, Xavier White Donivan Waters, Ebony Lawson and Nia Robinson all of Americus, Georgia; his nieces and nephews, Ronkeious Deriso, Ronkious Deriso, Camille Deriso, Carmyn Deriso, Kwuntavious Jackson, Jr. and Harmony Ford all of Americus, Georgia; his aunts and uncles, Dorothy Mackey,  Christina White, Geneva (Claude) Waters,   Cassandra (Eric) Monts, Alicia Dowdell, Mary (Greg) Williams, Yashica McCoy, Debra Waters all of Americus, Georgia.
