Ms. Sha'Coria Fontasia Hamilton of Sandusky, Ohio, formerly of Cordele, Georgia passed away Monday, February 10, 2025.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Crisp County Middle School Gymnasium in Cordele, Georgia.  The burial will follow at the Sunnyside Cemetery in Cordele, Georgia.

Sha'Coria Fontasia Hamilton entered the world on October 5, 2004, in the warm embrace of Cordele, Crisp County, Georgia. Born to DeKory Mobley, Sr. and Marshander Hamilton, Sha'Coria was a cherished blessing, bringing love and joy to her family from the very beginning.

Sha'Coria pursued her education in the Crisp County School System, where she blossomed into a bright and ambitious young woman. A proud graduate of Crisp County High School, she was known for her dedication and passion, especially on the track field. An avid runner, she actively participated in track events throughout her time at Crisp County Middle School and High School, showcasing her talent and commitment.

With aspirations as vast as her heart, Sha'Coria planned to serve her country with honor and distinction by joining the United States   Navy. Her journey was guided by her faith, having accepted Christ as her  personal Savior at the Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church. Her strong spiritual foundation was a source of strength and inspiration to her and those around her.

In addition to her academic and athletic pursuits, Sha'Coria became a certified lifeguard at Cedar Point, a renowned theme park in Sandusky, Ohio. Her most recent employment was at a pizza house, where she shared her warmth and friendliness with coworkers and customers alike.

Sha'Coria had a vibrant personality, reflected in her love for TikTok and her joyous conversations with her sister, Summer. Dancing was a passion of hers, a way to express her vivacious spirit and connect with others.

Though Sha'Coria's time with us was brief, her impact was profound. Her life was a testament to love, joy, and the unyielding bonds of   family and friendship. Her memory will continue to inspire and uplift those who were fortunate to know her, a reminder of the beauty and strength of a life well-lived.

On Monday, February 10, 2025, with the suddenness of a breeze, Sha'Coria left this world, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories to her loving and devoted family:  her parents, DeKory Mobley, Sr. and Marshander Hamilton; her sisters, Shar'Dasia Mobley, Te'Lexis Hamilton, Summer Mobley, and DeKoria Mobley; her brothers, De'Vokeyous Hamilton, DeKorion Mobley, DeKory Mobley, Jr., and Rogdreon Mason; her grandparents, Mamie Lue Hamilton, Louis Williams, Margaret Patrick, and Walter Mobley, Jr.; her aunts and uncles, Jacqueline Hamilton, Donnie Hamilton, Jr., Brodney (Shaquella) Clark, Carlos Hamilton, Scottie Troutman, Tiffany Lester, Chassity (DeCarlos) Lester, Cedric (Zy'Brina) Mobley, Waltavious Mobley, Sr., Walter Johnson, Tabias Brown, Santana Mobley, and Chekethia Hill; her niees and nephews, Harmony Hamilton, Kasen Jones, Chosen Mobley, and Luna Hamilton; a host of extended family members and friends who will forever hold her in their hearts.

Sha'Coria was predeceased by her beloved nephew, Prinston Jones, whose memory she treasured.
