Mr. Samuel Keontae Mainor of 505 West 23rd Avenue, Cordele, Georgia, died on Sunday,  June 7, 2026.

The memorial service will be held Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the chapel of the J. W. Williams Funeral Home in Cordele, Georgia.

Everyone entering the funeral home for visitations or services is required to wear a mask and maintain social distancing.  A mask must be worn throughout the stay.  You must supply your mask.

Samuel Keontae Mainor was born on April 3, 1982, in Crisp County, Georgia, to proud parents Samuel James Mainor and Carroll Harvey-Dawson. He was educated in the public schools of Crisp County, where he developed a deep love for his family and enjoyed spending time with his children.

Known to his family and friends as "Wild Bill," "Tae," and ""Big Foxx," he was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys, a passion that brought him joy and camaraderie. He also had a keen interest in shooting and collecting guns, along with a treasured knife and sword collection. Samuel found delight in riding mini bikes with his uncle, brothers, cousins, and children, creating cherished memories along the way. His love for travel inspired his career choice of driving trucks, allowing him to explore new places.

Samuel transitioned on Sunday, June 7, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Voy Lee & Neffie Harvey, Mae Mainor, and Jessie White.

Samuel is survived by his loving family, who continue to  honor his memory: his mother, Carroll Harvey Dawson of Cordele, Georgia; his children, LaDrevion Brown of Cordele, Georgia, Taelor Mainor and Envy Mainor of Warwick, Georgia, and Harmoni Mainor of Byromville, Georgia; his sisters, Keshia Gaston (Dennis) and Rashonda McKever (Reginald) of Cordele, Georgia, Melinda Tuff (Mario) of Tennessee, and Jessica Harvey of Cordele, Georgia; his brother, James Harvey of Unadilla, Georgia; his aunts and  uncles, Reverend Nelson Mainor, Carlton Harvey, Jermaine Harvey, Christopher Harvey, Raymall Harvey, Sandra Weldon, Neffie Harvey, Eddie Jean Brown, and Freddie Pittman all of Cordele, Georgia, Bennie Lee Mainor, Eugene Mainor, and Earnest Mainor all of Albany, Georgia; and Sara White of Atlanta, Georgia;  his cousins, Montae Weldon, Jessica Williams-James, Kimberly Brown, Taquelia Mainor, Arneka Smith, Latron Smith, Nicklaus Mainor, Corey Rainey, Nicole Weldon, Nikia Dawson, N'Kandie Dawson, Aderrious Mainor, EJ Green, AJ Simmons, TJ Jones, Kendrial Pruitt, David Smith, Rob Jones, Vantrecia Smith, Tae Hicks, and Amanda Ford; a host of other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
