Mr. Robert Brown of 466 Mills Street, Rochelle, Georgia died Monday, February 28, 2022 at the Atrium Navicent Health in Macon, Georgia.

The graveside funeral service will be held Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 10:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery in Rochelle, Georgia.  Everyone in attendance is asked to please wear a mask and to practice social distancing.

On December 12, 1958 in Rochelle, Wilcox County, Georgia, a son was born to the union of the late Mr. Charlie Calvin Brown and the late Mrs. Charlie Mae Brown.  They named their son Robert.

Robert received his education in the Wilcox County Public School System.  He was a graduate of Wilcox County High School.

He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and united with the Evergreen Baptist Church in Rochelle, Georgia.

Robert enjoyed watching Westerns on television.  He also enjoyed shooting a good game of pool and completing Crossword Puzzles.

On Monday, February 28, 2022 our beloved completed his earthly journey.  He transitioned while a patient at Atrium Navicent Health.   In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by his siblings, Mr. Charles Edward Brown, Ms. Marie Brown and Mr. Johnny Mack Brown.

Cherishing his life, he leaves precious memories to his loving and devoted family:  his sisters, Mrs. Catherine (Aaron) Boone of Rochester, New York, Ms. Elizabeth Brown of Lithonia, Georgia, Mrs. Rosa Pearl (Jerry) Blackshear of Abbeville, Georgia, Ms.  Odessa Denise  Brown and Mrs. Betty Jean (Alphonso) Carter of Rochelle, Georgia, and Ms. Martestina Brown of Fitzgerald, Georgia; his brothers:  Mr. William Howard (Norma) Brown and Mr. Cornelius Brown both of Rochelle, Georgia, Mr. Keith Adam Brown of Knoxville, Tennessee, Mr. Calvin Brown and Mr. Connie Brown both of Rochelle, Georgia; his godbrother, Mr. Robert Dixon of Rochelle, Georgia; his aunts and uncles, Mrs. Lizzie Oliver of  Rochelle, Georgia, Mrs. Betty Sue (Jackie) Hendley of Patterson, New Jersey, Mrs. Minnie Bell Hamilton of Stone Mountain, Georgia, and Mr. Lee Andrew (Cathy) Daniels of Pineview, Georgia; a host of his nieces and  nephews, to include, Ms. Vicky Lynn Alexander of Columbus, Georgia, Mrs. Creschenda Brown Mahaffey of Athens, Georgia, Ms. Ankarishia LaCrail Brown of Norfolk, Virginia, Ms. Jamesina Brown of Austell, Georgia, Ms. Amaya Monique Brown of Norfolk, Virginia, Mr. Antwan Brown of Rochelle, Georgia, Mr. Wanya Dixon of Fitzgerald, Georgia, Mr. Alphonso Carter, Jr., Ms. Monica Carter, and Ms. Jordyn Carter all of Rochelle, Georgia; six sisters-in-law; four brothers-in-law; a host of cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
