Mr. Quadarrien Devaughn Simmons of 123 Rippling Water Way, Perry, Georgia died Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at the Perry Hospital in Perry, Georgia.
The graveside funeral service will be held Friday, November 26, 2021 at 12:00 Noon at the Spring Hill Church Cemetery in Cordele, Georgia. Everyone in attendance is asked to please wear a mask and to practice social distancing.
LeKeysha R. Simmons welcomed a bouncing baby boy to this world on August 12, 2002. Quadarrien Devaughn Simmons was born in Crisp County, Georgia and was wonderfully blessed with a loving and caring family.
Quadarrien was educated in the public school system He was a graduate of Perry High School in Perry, Georgia. While in high school he was an member of the Perry Panthers Football Team.
Early in life, he was introduced to the Lord at the 13th Street Church of God of Prophecy in Cordele, Georgia.
Quadarrien's love for football was always evident as he cheered for his favorite team, the New York Giants. He also loved helping and taking care of everyone he came in contact with. He possessed a special love for his family whom he loved dearly.
On Monday, November 22, 2021, our beloved son, brother, grandson and friend left this life. The moments we shared will forever live on in our hearts.
Precious memories of his life are left to his loving and devoted mother, Ms. LeKeysha R. Simmons of Perry, Georgia; his beloved and caring stepfather, Mr. Hebrew Clifford Benjamin of Rochelle, Georgia; his loving sisters, Miss Kaliahya Johnson, Miss Malyasia Benjamin, and Miss Ameria Benjamin all of Perry, Georgia; his caring brothers, Mr. Clifford Benjamin, Jr. of Rochelle, Georgia, Mr. Cyntavious Mumphery and Mr. Frederick Leon (Kenyatta Kiera) Mumphery all of Perry, Georgia; his loving and caring grandparents, Mrs. Lillie Hayes and Mr. Alonzo Hayes both of Cordele, Georgia, and Ms. Barbara Benjamin of Rochelle, Georgia; his beloved aunts and uncles, Pastor Shakita (Elder Terry) Anderson of Byron, Georgia and Mr. Alphonso (April) Simmons of Hawaii; his great aunts and great uncles; a host of cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends, to include Mr. Zachariah Smith, Mr. Rontrell Harrell, Miss Angie Smith, Mr. Jaylen Raines, and Miss Ashanti Taylor all of Perry, Georgia, Mr. Antonio Hickey and Ms. Laqueina Jackson both of Warner Robins, Georgia, Mr. Rodney Teal and Mr. Cedric Johnson both of Cordele, Georgia, and Ms. Destaney Johnson of Byron, Georgia.
