Mrs. Ola Mae Mable Lyles of 113 North Village Drive, Americus, Georgia died Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia.

The funeral service will be held Sunday, September 22, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the sanctuary of Whole Truth International Ministry in Americus, Georgia.  The burial will follow at Eastview Cemetery in Americus, Georgia.

God blessed the lives of Claude Mable and Bertha Lou Banks Mable with a wonderful blessing on June 20, 1953 with the birth of a daughter. Born in Sumter County, Georgia, they lovingly named her, Ola Mae.

She, along with her siblings were educated in the public schools of Sumter County.  She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior early in her life. A member of the Whole Truth International Ministries, she served faithfully as an Usher and willingly served when called upon in other capacities of the church.

On Wednesday, September 11, 2024, she traded the cares of this life for a life free of pain and suffering.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Solomon Lyles, Jr. and her parents.

She leaves precious memories to her loving and devoted children, Bernetter Mable, Dorothy Mable (Donnie Waters), and Betty Foster all of Americus, Georgia; her loving grandchildren, Allen Jr., Natasha, Jonathan (Trenette), Antonio, Latoya, Sekeithia, Wykeithia, Dennisha, Bobby Jr, and Desmond allof Americus, Georgia; 16 great grandchildren; her loving sisters,  Willie Pearl (Jesse) Bateman, Georgia Johnson, Johnnie Mae Lyles, Patricia (David) Bell, and Debra (Pastor George) Monts all of Americus, Georgia, Dorothy (James) Hamilton of Warner Robins, Georgia, and Evelyn (Jimmie Jr.) Asberry of Ellaville, Georgia; her beloved brother, Johnny (Patricia) Mable of Americus, Georgia; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends, to include, Bennie Cobb, Larry Blakley, Sonya Bateman, Francis Waters, Presley Jackson, Geneva Waters, Homer Bell, Charles Cooper, Jr., Jessie Mable, Carlton Mable, Janie Richardson, Rosie Lyles, Ernest Lyles, James Lyles, and Stella Mable.
