The funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM in the sanctuary of the Fort Early Baptist Church in Warwick, Georgia. The burial will follow in the churchyard cemetery.
Pamela Ann Morris, affectionately known to all who knew and loved her as “Aunt Nonk,” was born on August 3, 1956, in Worth County, Georgia, to the late Calloway Morris and Jannie Mae Morris.
Pamela received her formal education in the public school system, graduating with proud memories from Eureka High School. Early in life, she established her faith and joined Fort Early Baptist Church in Warwick, Georgia, carrying the foundation of Christian values throughout her earthly journey.
Pamela was a faithful employee of the Turner County Sheriff’s Department for 20+ years. She was also employed at Rest Area #10 for 20+ years.
Known for her vibrant personality and industrious spirit, Pamela was a woman who firmly believed in hard work and "making her money." Beyond her strong work ethic, she possessed a lively, infectious sense of humor. Pamela loved nothing more than relaxing on the porch, cutting jokes, and filling the air with laughter alongside family and friends. Her leisure hours were often spent tuned into her favorite game shows, including Family Feud, Press Your Luck, The Wall, and Deal or No Deal. Above all, she treasured every moment spent with those she loved.
On Friday, September 18, 2026, Pamela peacefully transitioned from labor to reward, answering the master's call. She was preceded in death by her beloved father, Calloway Morris; her brother, Charles Carter; her grandparents; her nephew, Andre Morris; and several aunts and uncles.
She leaves a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories to: her devoted mother, Jannie Mae Morris of Ashburn, Georgia; her loving and devoted children: Jason Morris, Demetrius Morris, Zavia Morris (Rashunda P.), Dontavius Morris, and Audreanna Morris, all of Ashburn, Georgia; 22 loving grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; her loving sisters, Gloria Morris of Fitzgerald, Georgia and Katherine Pitts (James) of Ashburn, Georgia; her uncle, Charles Will Morris (Bonnie Faye) of Albany, Georgia; a host of nieces and nephews, many cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
