Mother Mattie Mae Johnson Patrick of 703 West 16th Avenue, Cordele, Georgia died Saturday, June 3, 2023 at her residence.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, June 10, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the A. S. Clark Auditorium on the M. D. Whitest Medical Institute Campus in Cordele, Georgia. The burial will follow at the Bethel Cemetery in Cordele, Georgia.
Everyone in attendance is asked to please wear a mask and to practice social distancing.
