Mother Pennie Ann Gamble Jackson was a beloved figure whose life was marked by faith, family, and community. Born on April 6, 1935, to parents Earnest Harris and Mandy Dixon in Turner County, Georgia, her journey through life was rich and full of love.

Mother received her education from the public schools of Turner County. Her early years were spent in a nurturing environment that instilled in her the values of hard work and dedication.

At a young age, she accepted Christ as the Lord of her life, a decision that would guide her throughout her years. She became a devoted member of Davis Grove Missionary Baptist Church, where she grew in her faith and commitment to her church community.

She had a love for cooking, fishing, and gardening, activities that brought her joy and relaxation. She was particularly fond of spending time with her grandchildren, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
