Obituary

Ms. Michelle Elizabeth Graham of 704 West 11th Avenue, Cordele, Georgia died Monday, July 8, 2024 at her residence.

The funeral service will be held Friday, July 12, 2024 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of the J. W. Williams Funeral Home in Cordele, Georgia.  The burial will follow at the Bethel Cemetery in Cordele, Georgia.

Everyone entering the funeral home for visitations or services is required to wear a mask and to practice social distancing.  A mask must be worn throughout the stay.  You must supply your own mask.

On January 7, 1967, a beautiful baby girl was welcomed to this world and she was lovingly named Michelle Elizabeth Graham.  She was born in Cordele, Crisp County, Georgia to the late John Hendley and the late Clara  Elizabeth Graham.

Michelle received her education from the public schools of Crisp County.  She was a graduate of Crisp County High School.

She loved watching football, especially when "her"  Dallas Cowboys were playing.  An excellent cook, she enjoyed cooking and sharing special memories with her family and friends.  Family meant so much to her and the memories and love she shared with her grandchildren was truly important.

On Monday, July 8, 2024 Michelle received the rest they Lord had promised.  She peacefully transitioned from this life, leaving many wonderful and cherished memories to those who loved her dearly.

Joyfully celebrating her life, she leaves her loving and devoted children, Falon Graham Mency (Antonio) of Warner Robins, Georgia, Carl Redding,  Jr. (Shatara), Stevie Sanders, Jr. (Santana) and Toni Addie all of Cordele, Georgia; three adored grandchildren, Journee, Antonio, and Stevie III; her loving sisters, Angela Sanders of Cordele, Georgia, Deborah Malone (Darrel) of Pensacola, Florida, Carolyn Hall of South Carolina, and Evelyn Harvey of Cordele, Georgia; her caring brothers, Ricky Graham (Courtney) of Cordele, Georgia, Johnny Graham (Stephanie) of Warner    Robins, Georgia, and Anthony Graham of Cordele, Georgia; her aunt, Christine  Jackson of Cordele,     Georgia; a host of nieces and nephews whom she dearly loved; many cousins, to   include a special cousin, Patricia Patrick of Cordele, Georgia; a host of other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
