Ms. Martha Jackson of 411 West 4th Avenue, Cordele, Georgia, died Saturday, June 27, 2026, at the Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele, Georgia.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM, in the chapel of the J. W. Williams Funeral Home in Cordele, Georgia.
Everyone entering the funeral home for visitations or services is required to wear a mask and maintain social distancing. A mask must be worn throughout the stay. You must supply your mask.
Martha Ann Jackson was born on September 23, 1952, in Cordele, Georgia, to her loving parents John Jackson, Sr. and Clara Mae Adams Jackson. From a young age, Martha was spirited and full of life, with a love for dancing that was only matched by her talent for lively conversation, often talking plenty of "trash" in good humor.
Martha accepted Christ and united with the Beulahland Baptist Church in Cordele, Georgia, where she nurtured her faith and built lasting relationships within her community. Her life was a testament to her strong faith, love for family, and her vibrant personality.
Martha Ann Jackson peacefully passed away on June 27, 2026, having been preceded in death by her beloved parents. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories with her family and friends. Her spirit and legacy will continue to inspire and bring joy to all who knew her.
Martha's memory lives on through her surviving family members: her daughter, Michelle Daniels of Cordele, Georgia; her bonus daughter, April Glenn of Cordele, Georgia; her grandchildren: Teona Moses of Jacksonville, Florida, Demario Daniels of Cordele, Georgia, and Shatreka Daniels of Cordele, Georgia; nine great grandchildren; her sisters, Brenda Edwards (Walter) of Cordele, Georgia and Donna Kearse of Coco, Florida; her brothers, William Jackson (Donna) of New Orleans, Louisiana, Kennith Jackson of Cordele, Georgia, and Carl Jackson (Lula Mae) of Cordele, Georgia; her son-in-law, Lonnie Coleman of Cordele, Georgia; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many sorrowing friends.
