Our beloved Lessie Mae Zanders Lango entered the world in Vienna, Georgia, on March 12, 1939, the first child of John R. Rump and Sallie Mae Haugabrook Childs. As the eldest of five siblings, Lessie embraced her role with grace and responsibility, setting the foundation for a life dedicated to others.
