Obituary

Mr. Kenyato Maurice Hinton of 2256 Cantaloupe Road, Unadilla, Georgia, died on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at his residence.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the sanctuary of the Evergreen Baptist Church in Pinehurst, Georgia.

Kenyato Maurice Hinton began his earthly journey on   August 13, 1975, in Vienna, Dooly County, Georgia, born to  Cecil Lester and Gwendolyn Harrell.

His early education was received in the public schools of Little Rock, Arkansas. Later in life, he returned to Georgia, where he attended the public schools of Dooly County.

Kenyato had a vibrant spirit and truly enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, most notably spending quality time with his cherished family and dear friends.

On Sunday, May 31, 2026, Kenyato completed his earthly journey, transitioning into eternal rest. He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Lester.

He leaves precious memories to be treasured by: his mother,  Gwendolyn Harrell of Unadilla, Georgia; his children, Alasia Hinton, Jeremiah Davis, and Zakeevious Davis, all of Unadilla, Georgia, and Jacquorria Harris of Little Rock, Arkansas; his sisters, Tiana M. Jackson of Unadilla, Georgia, Cecelia Lester of Vienna, Georgia, and Sha'carrie Walker of Unadilla, Georgia; his brothers, Cecil (Keisha) Lester, Jr. of    Albany, Georgia, and Jarrod Lester of Unadilla,   Georgia; his aunts and uncles, Glenn (Janice) Law, Alvin (Laura) Lester, Josephine Green, Deacon John David Law, and Tammie Lewis, all of Pinehurst,   Georgia; Linda Ann (Earl) Jordan and James Law, all of Vienna, Georgia, Nolan Hinton of Perry, Georgia, Alma (Richard) McNeary of Forest City, Arkansas,  Ruby Crane and Wilbur Lester, both of Pinehurst, Georgia; a host of relatives and close friends, to include, Sherrie Bell, Michael (Tanya) Bell, and William Bell, all of Little Rock, Arkansas; Keronna  Hinton Woods of Las Vegas, Nevada; Kendall Hinton of Perry, Georgia; and Leslie (Roger) Alexander and Deon (Tiffany) Law of South Carolina.
