Mr. Kenneth Armstrong of Sarasota, Florida died Friday, August 9, 2024 at the Sarasota Memorial Hospital in Sarasota, Florida.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, August 17, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the sanctuary of the Shady Grove Baptist Church in Cordele, Georgia.  The burial will follow at the Sunnyside Cemetery in Cordele, Georgia.

On April 28, 1956, Kenneth Armstrong was born to the parentage of the late Steve and Drunell Armstrong.

He was educated in the public schools of Crisp    County.  As a child, he along with his family worshipped at the Shady Grove Baptist Church.

A painter by trade, Kenneth enjoyed meeting people as he went about sharing the skills he had been blessed with.  He loved his family and enjoyed many special moments with them.

On Friday, August 9, 2024 Kenneth's journey here came to an end.  He leaves many precious memories to his loving and devoted wife, Gloria Armstrong of Sarasota, Florida; his beloved son, Cortez Biggins of Cordele, Georgia; two grandchildren; his loving sisters, Esta (Bobby) Johnson of Arabi, Georgia, Jacquelyn Armstrong, Catherine Edwards, Beulah Armstrong, and Pernell Armstrong all of Cordele, Georgia; his beloved brother, Charles (Vivian) Daniels of Cordele, Georgia;  a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other   relatives and many sorrowing friends.
