Mr. Jimmie Keaton of 1805 Turner Street, Cordele, Georgia died Wednesday, March 6, 2024 in Warner Robins, Georgia.

The funeral service will be held Friday, March 15, 2024 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of the J. W. Williams Funeral Home in Cordele, Georgia.  The burial will follow at the Bethel Cemetery in Cordele, Georgia.

Everyone entering the funeral home for visitations or services is required to wear a mask and to practice social distancing.  A mask must be worn throughout the stay.  You must supply your own mask.

Mr. Jimmie Keaton was born November 22, 1947 in West Palm Beach, Florida. He was born to the late   Alton King and the late Corene Ramsey King.

On Wednesday, March 6, 2024, our beloved father, grandfather, uncle and family member found rest.  Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Keaton Alexander.

Memories of his life will be cherished by his loving and devoted family:  his sons, Ricky B. Redding (Angela), Octavious Curtis, and Demarcus Bell (Pashia); his daughter, Venessa Keaton Christopher (Andre); his grandchildren, Rustavious Redding (Eboni), Aaliyah Redding, Ricky B. Redding, Jr. (Julie), Octavious Curtis, Jr., Omari Curtis, Ajani Christopher, Andre Christopher, Jr., Akilah Christopher, Camilla Bell, and Demarcus Bell, Jr.; a great granddaughter, Anikah Christopher; his brother-in-law, Billy J. Alexander; his uncle, Mr. Clifford Ramsey; his nephews, Jermel Wiley (Shayla) and Vincent Wiley; a host of cousins, family friends and neighbors, to include, Felecia Gaines, Billy J. Alexander, Jr., and Jeffery Alexander.
