Obituary

Mr. JB Crowder of 217 South Depot Street, Pineview, Georgia died Friday, February 18, 2022 at his residence.

The graveside funeral service will be held Friday, February 25, 2022 at 12:00 Noon at the Mount Air Church Cemetery in Pineview, Georgia.  Everyone in attendance is asked to please wear a mask and to practice social distancing.

Our beloved JB Crowder was born July 21, 1970.  Born in Miami, Florida, he was the son of Mr. JB Crowder and Mrs. Mary Ellen Kendrick.

JB received his education in the public schools of Wilcox County.  He was a graduate of Wilcox County High School.

Early in his life, he united with the Mount Air Baptist Church.  He served as an usher for many years.

For over 20 years JB was a truck driver.

JB loved his wife, his children and his grandchildren.  Family meant so much to him and he shared many wonderful memories with them.  He was a "die hard" Atlanta Falcon fan.  When not cheering for his Falcons, he also enjoyed grilling and just simply sitting on his front and back porches.

On Friday, February 18, 2022, our beloved went home to be with the Lord.  While his presence will be greatly missed by those who loved him dearly, we rejoice because he is free from all pain and suffering.  His parents and his siblings, Ms. Sandra Milner and Mr. Tyrone Milner, each precede him in death.

Memories of his life will be cherished by his loving and devoted wife, Mrs. Tanylon Crowder of Pineview, Georgia; his loving and caring children, Ms. Anquanette Allen of Hawkinsville, Georgia, Mr. Travis Leonard Collins, Jr. and Master Ja'Kail Bernard Crowder both of Pineview, Georgia; his grandchildren. A'myrah Allen and Ramir Johnsons; his beloved stepfather, Mr. Lonnie B. King; a loving sister, Mrs. Felicia Cheese of Perry, Georgia; a caring brother, Mr. Patrick (Gwendolyn) Milner of Pineview, Georgia; his aunts and uncles, Mrs. Janie Sue Brown of Hawkinsville, Georgia, Mrs. Ruby Lee Lawson of Davenport, Florida, Mr. Leroy Hooks of Hawkinsville, Georgia, and Mr. Donald Reid of Pineview, Georgia; his mother-in-law, Ms. Aline Coley; his in-laws, Mr. Arthur Coley, Mr. Willie Coley, Mr. Stanley Coley, and Mr. Renard Coley; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, to include, Mr. Joe James and Mr. Antonio James both of Pineview, Georgia, Ms. Nastashia James of Atlanta, Georgia, Ms. Sharinea Coley, Ms. Destiny Martin, and Mr. Arthur Coley, Jr. all of Hawkinsville, Georgia, Mr. Emmanuel Milner and Mr. Antowan Milner both of Perry, Georgia, and Ms. Kennedy Milner of Mississippi; a host of friends, to include  his best friend, Mr. Andre Jackson.
