On September 18, 1966, Jacqueline Denise Ford was welcomed to this world.  She was born to Ms. Rosa Louise Ford and the late Mr. Earnest Lee Bivins.

Born in Cordele, Crisp County, Georgia, she was educated in the public school system.  She was a 1984 graduate of Crisp County High School.

Affectionately called "Jack" by her family and friends, she was truly a special individual.  She always had a positive attitude and never spoke negative words about others.  "Her smile" will always be remembered because she was never seen    without it.  She loved her family and loved spending precious moments enjoying family gatherings.

"Jack" will be remembered for many things, but those who knew her best, will never forget that she was a devoted Pittsburgh Steelers fan.  Win, lose, or draw, she always cheered for her "Steelers."

On Tuesday, June 14, 2022 with the quickness of the wind she said farewell to this world.  Her life will forever be cherished and remembered.
