Mr. Fredrick Rodricuz Walker, Jr. of 201 East 19th Avenue, Cordele, Georgia died Thursday, August 10, 2023.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 6:00 PM in the chapel of the J. W. Williams Funeral Home in Cordele, Georgia.  The burial will follow at the Bethel Cemetery in Cordele, Georgia.

Everyone entering the funeral home for visitations or services is required to wear a mask and to practice social distancing.  A mask must be worn throughout the stay.  You must supply your own mask.

Fredrick Rodricuz Walker, Jr. was born February 21, 1995 in Crisp County, Georgia.  He was born to Fredrick R. Walker, Sr. and La'Keshia Ashley.

He received his education in the public schools of Crisp County.  He completed his requirements in 2018 and earned his GED.  As a child he accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and became a member of the New Oak Grove Baptist Church in Cordele, Georgia.

A humble and down to earth individual, he loved playing video games.  He also enjoyed listening to music, hanging out with family and just having fun.  He truly believed that family was important and he loved his family.

He transitioned from this life on Thursday, August 10, 2023. He is preceded in death by his sister, Dinesica Latrell Walker; his grandfather, Tommy Floyd; his great grandparents, Dicie Pearl Walker and Woodrow & Margie Wilson; and his aunts, Dehavenly Wilson and Turkessa Williams.

Cherished memories of his life, will forever be in the hearts of his loving and devoted family, his mother, La'Keshia Ashley of Cordele, Georgia; his father, Fredrick R. (Jasmine) Walker, Sr. of Cordele, Georgia; his sisters, Ron'Qushia Ashley, La'Kerriya Ashley, Ja'Barra Taylor-Walker, Ze'Nani Walker, and Christina Ashley of Cordele, Georgia, and Megan Respress of Valdosta, Georgia; his brothers, Rondell Ashley, Rahem Ashley, Frederick Walker, Rodrigues Walker, Kemjika Walker and Zy'Meir  Walker of Cordele, Georgia; his grandparents, Clair Ashley and Roscoe (Gladys) Wilson of Cordele, Georgia; his aunts and uncles, Tiffany (Robert) Johnson, Trilonda (Derick) Lofton, Shameka Walker, Cynthia (Tyrone) Benjamin, Willie (Betty Jean) Walker, Derom (Sharalyn) Carter, Lorenza Ashley, Omega (Melissa) Ashley, Drametrise Ashley, Robert Carter, Jeremiah (Mona) Williams, and Marco (Tonya) Wilson of Cordele, Georgia, Vanessa Patrick and Olivia Wilson of Warner Robins, Georgia, Pearlene Carter and Takiyah Thurman of Atlanta, Georgia, and Kelvin Williams of Las Vegas, Nevada; his nieces and nephews; a host of cousins, to include, Antonio Carter, Joctavious Carter, Lorenza Ashley, Jr., Nikki Ashley, Derek Lofton, Jr., Tomario Carter, Rekiya Ashley, Kerrion  Harris, Dontavious Lofton, Zantasia Sanders, and Rydevine Johnson; other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
