Mr. Daniel Rymone Scott of 391 Dykes Avenue, Rochelle, Georgia died Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at the Tift Regional Hospital in Tifton, Georgia.

The funeral service will be held Friday, March 10, 2023 at 12:00 PM in the sanctuary of the Madison Avenue Church of God By Faith in Ashburn, Georgia.  The burial will follow at the Piney Grove Cemetery in Rochelle, Georgia.

Everyone in attendance is asked to please wear a mask and to practice social distancing.

Daniel Rymone Scott was welcomed to this world on November 23, 1997.  The son of Michael D. Scott and Julia Ann Emory Scott, he was born at the Taylor Regional Hospital in Hawkinsville, Georgia.

Daniel was educated in the public school system.  He was a proud graduate of the Turner County High School in Ashburn, Georgia.  While in school he was member of the New Mentorship Club.

At the age of six, he joined the Piney Grove Baptist Church in Rochelle, Georgia.

Daniel loved and enjoyed spending special moments with his family.  He has a very special relationship with his nieces and nephew.  They truly loved him.

On Wednesday, March 1, 2023 life's journey came to an end at the Tift Regional Hospital in Tifton, Georgia.  He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Jean Emory; his grandfather, Willie J. Timmons; and his aunt, Florine Scott.

Daniel will forever be remembered by his loving and devoted family: his mother, Julia Emory Scott of Rochelle, Georgia; his father, Prophet Michael D. Scott of Byron, Georgia; his sisters, LaPorcha M. Emory and Tyshonda N. Emory of both of Rochelle, Georgia; his brothers, Victor A. Grace (Kanesha) of Hawkinsville, Georgia and Michael M. Scott of Rochelle, Georgia; his grandparents, Norma Emory of Rochelle, Georgia and Corine & Elza Scott of Sycamore, Georgia; his aunts and uncles, Sharon Scott Brown (Josh) of Warner Robins, Georgia, Elson Scott (Sherrly) of Waycross, Georgia, Williene Crockett (Rico), Tony Scott (Tomicka), and Rhonda Scott all of Ashburn, Georgia, and Gabriel Scott (Belinda) of Tifton, Georgia; his nieces and nephews, King Griffin, Katelynn Grace, Major Prince, Victor Grace, Jr., Loyal Ming, Jerzei Emory, and Honesti Ming; a special friend, DeShondria Phillips of Sylvester, Georgia; a host cousins, to include his special cousins, Neco Scott, Malik High and Deondre Coley all of Ashburn, Georgia; a host of other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
