Mr. Dalvin Newman of 209 Crescent Drive, Warner Robins, Georgia died Saturday, September 16, 2023 in Perry, Georgia.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 10:00 AM in the sanctuary of People of Faith Christian Church in Cordele, Georgia.  The burial will follow at the Bethel Cemetery in Cordele, Georgia.

On January 22, 1992, Dalvin Devontae Newman entered this world.  He was born to Derrick Newman and Valerie Toombs.

Born in Cordele, Georgia, he was educated in the Crisp   County Public School System.

A believer in Jesus Christ, he was a member of Resurrection Baptist Church in Warner Robins, Georgia.

Dalvin loved his family and enjoyed spending precious moments with them.

On Saturday, September 16, 2023 the final chapter of his life was penned.  He is preceded in death by his father, Derrick and his sister, Shakena Canady. His grandparents Della Dixon and Ulysses Lumpkin, also precede him in death.

Cherished memories of her life will forever be remembered by his beloved daughter, Jahniece Newman of Atlanta, Georgia; his loving and devoted parents, Valerie Toombs and Felix Wynn; his loving sisters, Colitta Lumpkin of Cordele, Georgia, Santrean Adams of Locust Grove, Georgia, Constance Wynn of Abbeville, Georgia, and Rockelle Outlaw of Rochelle, Georgia; his caring brothers, Travion Wynn of Fitzgerald, Georgia, Derrick R. Newman, Jr. of Clearwater, Florida, Raphael Miller of Macon, Georgia, and Derrick  Newman, II; his beloved nieces, Syniah Lumpkin and Mia Harris of Cordele, Georgia, Layia Holmes and LeiLani Holmes of Locust Grove, Georgia; his beloved nephews, Taison Glover and Patrick Ellis of Cordele, Georgia and Landen Holmes of Locust Grove, Georgia; a host of aunts and uncles; many cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends, to include his best friend, Mr. William Lloyd.
