Mr. Cody Maurice Taylor of 201 West 24th Avenue, Cordele, Georgia died Sunday, December 17, 2023.

The public visitation will be Wednesday, December 27, 2023 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the J. W. Williams Funeral Home in Cordele, Georgia.

Everyone entering the funeral home for visitations or services is required to wear a mask and to practice social distancing.  A mask must be worn throughout the stay.  You must supply your own mask.

Cody Maurice Taylor was welcomed to this world on Friday, November 27, 1992 in Dalton, Georgia.  He was born to Stanley Taylor and Alicia Michelle Penny Taylor.  From the age of 13, Cody was reared by his maternal grandparents, Reverend Tim Clark and Ann Culpepper Clark.

Cody was educated in the public school system.  He was a proud 2011 graduate of Crisp County High School.

Cody was a Baptist.

Always the adventurer, he spent the last year learning about and working in the commercial fishing industry in Alaska.

His beloved mother, Alicia and his maternal grandfather, Reverend Tim Clark, precede him in death.

Memories of Cody's life will forever be cherished by his wife, Bianca Copeland Taylor of Warner Robins, Georgia; his adored daughters, Iris Michelle Taylor and Autumn Izabella Taylor of Warner Robins, Georgia; his father, Stanley (Melissa) Taylor of Perry, Georgia; his sister, Megan LeAnn Taylor of Cordele, Georgia; his brother, Stanley Fredrick Taylor of Atlanta, Georgia; his grandmother, Ann Culpepper Clark (Kenneth Cribbs) of Ashburn, Georgia; his niece and nephew, Alicia Michelle "Allie" Grant and Ethan Lebron Davis of Cordele, Georgia; a host of aunts and uncles; many cousins, and friends, to include his best friend, Timothy "Tim" Towns, Jr. of Cordele, Georgia.
