Christopher Deshawn Alexander, more affectionately known as Bubbies or Bubs; age 28, passed away in Columbus, Georgia on November 9, 2023 at St. Francis Hospital.

Christopher,  the youngest of five children, was born on August 15, 1995, to his loving parents, Cullie and Vicky Alexander.  At a very early age  Christopher, made sure that it was understood that he was the baby of the bunch. Christopher was an Army brat and was able to call many places home, including Germany. Growing up, he had a love of Legos, Transformers, and anything that belonged to his siblings. As he matured, he developed a passion for cooking, music, fashion, hats, and shoes. He loved his collection of sneakers and rest assured that he took great care of them. He could seer a mean steak too! Christopher graduated from Chattahoochee County High School in Columbus, Georgia in 2014. He later joined the United States Army and completed basic training and AIT at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. He was then stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado for five years and worked in Human Resources.

Christopher loved to spend time with his family. He was an avid listener of music. He had a special bond with his mother as did she with him. He often spoke of how his mother was his best friend. His favorite time of the year was the holidays.  Christopher was wise well beyond his years and was known to give the best advice. He was a bright light in the lives of those who knew him. Christopher brought joy and laughter to many who had the pleasure of knowing him. He loved his family more than anything in the world. His memory will forever be engraved in the hearts of all who loved him.  In this difficult time, we find solace in remembering the joy he brought to our lives and the lasting impact he had on anyone who was fortunate enough to meet Christopher.

Christopher will be forever missed.  Until we meet again. See you later.
