Mrs. Christine Graham Jackson of 208 East 18th Avenue, Cordele, Georgia passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at the Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele, Georgia.
The funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at 12:00 Noon in the chapel of the J. W. Williams Funeral Home in Cordele, Georgia. The burial will follow at the Bethel Cemetery in Cordele, Georgia.
Christine Graham Jackson was born in Cordele, Georgia, to the proud parents of Rosbie Graham, Sr. and Vinney Bell Sipp on March 4, 1953. Along with her parents, she is also preceded in death by her siblings Clara Mae Graham, Ethel Mae Rice, Charlie M. Tatum, Josephine Massengill, Ruby Jean Pittman, and Rosbie Graham, Jr..
Growing up in Cordele, Christine was known for always having a smile on her face, from her school days at A. S. Clark Middle School to adulthood, she possessed a joyful and loving spirit. Her caring and loving spirit was displayed not just to her children and grandchildren, but to everyone she met.
She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior and united with the Shady Grove Baptist Church. Christine's life was a testimony to love for family, and she always exemplified her love whether cooking for them or simply spending quality time together. The memories shared with her will never be forgotten by those who loved and will forever miss her.
On Wednesday, October 30, 2024, our beloved peacefully transitioned from this life to life eternal leaving precious memories to her loving and devoted children, Darrell Graham (Katrina) and Tammy Smith (Cleveland, Sr.) of Cordele, Georgia, Jeffery Graham (Veronica) of Cordele/Gainesville, Florida, Shekie Reese (Korey) and Tony Graham of Cordele, Georgia; her beloved and caring grandchildren, Marshae, Marshall, Alexxis, Jamia, Jamiyah, Nicoreya, Cleveland Jr., Addison, Benny, and Nikedrick; 18 great grandchildren; her beloved brothers, Tommy C. Jones of Jupiter, Florida and Willie Joe Jones of Riviera Beach, Florida; a host of caring nieces and nephews, to include, Patricia Patrick of Cordele, Georgia; a host of cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends, to include, Clair Nell Ashley, Dean, Zachary & Lavetta Fields all of Cordele, Georgia.
