Mr. Christian John McGhee of 78 Dixon Drive, Americus, Georgia, died Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at Phoebe-Sumter Medical Center in Americus, Georgia.
The funeral service will be held Friday, April 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the sanctuary of The Restoration Church of Americus. The burial will follow at the Eastview Cemetery in Americus, Georgia.
Christian McGhee, was born on October 13, 1995, in Los Angeles, California, to John McGhee and Corliss Morgan. His early years were marked by his family's strong roots and values, which would guide him throughout his life.
Christian completed his high school education in 2014, graduating from Americus-Sumter High School in Americus, Georgia. He pursued higher education at South Georgia Technical College, where he graduated in 2016 with a degree in Fire Science. His dedication to his studies was evident, and he was passionate about using his knowledge to serve.
A member of The Restoration Church of Americus, Georgia, Christian possessed an unwavering faith. His involvement in the church was a testament to his character and his desire to make a positive impact on those around him.
